I think it's silly and inaccurate. I mean Montreal is okay, but I highly doubt it's one of the 10 happiest places in the world. Besides, how did Lonely Planet come up with this list? Did they travel to every city, every village, every town that exists in the entire world to make sure it was a level playing field? Then what? Did they somehow measure the serotonin neurotransmitter levels in everybody's brain to establish a baseline level for the world's well-being, and then sift through this information to come up with their top 10 list?
